Halls were under construction and not nice to look at. Hotel was not that busy - so would have been nicer to be in a different area. However, room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk person was very courteous and helpful.

I will never stay in this hotel (if that's what you want to call it). The free breakfast was dried cereal and my husband had to take apart the air conditioner to get it to work. The bed was horrible and they should've gone to the Salvation Army to get free furniture. Worst hotel in the world.

The room was horrible. The bathroom ceiling fan did not have a cover on it and all the dust and wires were just hanging down. The hallway and room smelled musty and we a non-smokers so we had a non-smoking room. Whole room was not very clean. I would never stay there again.

My Granddaughter and I had a very nice time. The room was clean and spacious. The water was hot and we had plenty of everything. The breakfast was adequate and the price was very good. Have stayed there before and will probably do so again.

Many hotels like this that are too far from tourist attractions either lie about their distance from the tourist attractions or lie about the ease of getting to the tourist attractions from the hotel. This hotel showed up in search for hotels near La Guardia Airport NY and the price was very low. So I reserved a room there.
The hotel staff gave misleading information about the frequency of buses to Port Authority near Times Square. They also mislead about the bus stops. This caused us to wait at wrong bus stops or wait there at wrong times. We wasted time at some bus stops and walked to the right ones after talking to the drivers of other buses. The hotel staff told that there were buses to go near Times Square every 15 minutes and that is absolutely false. We found that there was 1 bus per hour. Most taxi drivers in Manhattan do not know where Nanuet is. Also those who know charge about * dollars to come to Nanuet from Manhattan including the toll. As I said here, the public transportation from Nanuet to Port Authority near Times Square is very poor. This hotel is a very wrong choice if you want to visit the famous NY attractions like Times Square, Metropolitan art museum, Americam museum of natural history etc. It takes 15 minutes to walk from this hotel to Nanuet mall, a stop where you can catch bus to Port Authority.
In rush hours, it took more than 2 hours for the bus to reach Port Authority from Nanuet mall.
It is best to pay much more and stay closer to the top NY attractions than spending too much time and money on transportation. The bus journeys between Nanuet and NY city seemed unending.
